Who I Am

A Professional Interior Designer and Project Manager for More Than 20 Years

I’m Maria Cass, the company founder of Intrinsic Homes, LLC. I am a professional NCIDQ-certified designer, especially for residential and hospitality facilities. I am committed to showing my creativity, consistency, and diligence in everything I do. 

Taking my residential, and hospitality experience from the Interior design, and project management into Intrinsic Homes, LLC. A design build firm committed to showing creativity, consistency, and commitment in all aspects of the company.

Who I Am

I am a certified interior designer with NCIDQ. My passion is all things design and build. I love the technical details of design and how to translate that into a build while utilizing innovative concepts, ensuring the budget is at the top of my mind and in the conversation, as well as keeping details of construction and overall daily function in mind.

My other passion is my family. I have an amazing husband that has pushed me and supported me all throughout this journey. He is my sounding board and is a great resource since he has been in the industry locally for over 20 years.

Together, we have a son, Felix, who is the light of our lives and will show up with me on a job site from time to time to help since we want him to know what entrepreneurship is all about!
